You will: Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across search, display, native, video, and paid social channels, driving measurable ROI. Support YouTube and social media growth through both paid advertising and organic strategies. Write compelling ad copy tailored to target audiences while maintaining brand and compliance standards. Analyse campaign performance using GA4, Campaign Manager 360, Tag Manager 360, Looker Studio, and CRM data to inform optimisation. Collaborate with design and web teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and platform innovations to keep campaigns cutting-edge. Deliver clear, actionable performance reports for senior stakeholders. Work closely with product, content, compliance, and design teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and regulatory requirements. What skills and experience do I need for this role? You have 3 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, managing campaigns across multiple paid media channels. Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is highly desirable. You have proficiency in the following areas: Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, GA4, Tag Manager 360, Looker Studio, Microsoft Advertising, Apple Search Ads, and paid social platforms. You also have: Solid understanding of SEO and ASO to complement paid media efforts. Skilled at crafting engaging ad copy and organic social content. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver clear insights. High attention to detail, proactive problem-solver, and committed to campaign quality and compliance.
