In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll champion the student experience, shaping marketing strategy and performance to win hearts and minds at every stage of the journey. You’ll be responsible for the commercial success of our partnerships through bold brand positioning, compelling B2C strategies (and future B2B opportunities), and high-impact, emotive campaigns that fuel growth. You’ll lead a talented team of ~14 marketers, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. With deep expertise in brand and digital marketing, AI-enabled technologies, and emerging trends, you’ll drive innovation and performance at scale. Success in this role hinges on your ability to influence and build trusted relationships—across university partners, internal teams, and external agencies—while aligning marketing efforts to our broader growth strategy.
