Job Description NCS Australia is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Senior Consultants to join a high-performing team supporting a major government client. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in the ongoing management, enhancement, and security of the client’s People Connect HR system, built on the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. You will be responsible for implementing business improvements, managing incidents, applying security patches, and supporting annual platform upgrades. A key part of the role involves identifying opportunities to leverage new functionality introduced in ServiceNow releases and ensuring alignment with cybersecurity requirements, particularly in response to penetration testing outcomes. This is a hands-on technical role that also requires strong collaboration and communication skills. You will be expected to provide knowledge transfer to internal support teams, enabling them to maintain and enhance the platform independently in the future. Experience in business test automation and performance analytics is essential, along with a working knowledge of HRSD Professional licensing features such as Now Assist, Manager Hub, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence.
