Job Description We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to liaise with customers to develop quality relationships that deliver exceptional satisfaction from key stakeholders. The role is key to supporting Cogent's continued strategic growth as a market leader in delivering Occupational Health Services. The right person will be self-directed, solution orientated, confident managing projects while delivering exceptional customer engagement for our range of return to work initiatives. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience within the Return-to-Work sector and/or Occupational Health. This role is full time with hybrid working arrangements. Build and maintain strong working relationships with our stakeholders including maintaining account management plans for key clients Work collaboratively with the operational team and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction Meet the specified KPI's and achieve annual budgeted revenue targets Contribute to the customer engagement requirements including coordination of marketing activities, conferences, marcomms and new customer enquiries. Contribute to and eventually lead customer project activities that include technology and product components.
