It involves maintaining accurate records, managing contracts, and facilitating effective communication across stakeholders. Working closely with recruitment, quality, and admissions teams, the role is central to strengthening agent partnerships and achieving strategic goals. Coordinate and support relationships with education agents, ensuring queries are managed promptly and partnerships remain effective and compliant. Manage agent agreements, including drafting, reviewing, renewals, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Deliver training, resources, and webinars to keep agents informed on programs, processes, and legislative obligations. Monitor agent performance, conduct audits, and manage compliance and risk issues proactively. Maintain accurate records, reports, and data through CRM systems to support decision-making. Assist in business development activities, including events, inquiries, and lead management. Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, marketing, finance) to provide agents with timely support and ensure smooth operations.
