We are seeking a System Performance Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring our products, services, and management systems consistently deliver excellence. What you’ll be doing Leading the scheduling and delivery of internal audits. Developing and implementing quality assurance processes while monitoring performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Contributing to strategies, policies and practices that enhance the quality management system. Partnering with key stakeholders to achieve product, service, and asset performance targets. Reporting on risks and non-conformance trends while driving effective corrective actions. Supporting the development and maintenance of procedures, work instructions, guidelines and records. Ensuring the management system remains robust, functional, and aligned with business needs. What you’ll bring A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Engineering) or equivalent experience in quality management within a regulated industry. Eligibility for an NV1 Defence Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required). Knowledge of quality methodologies, performance metrics, and statistical analysis. Proficiency with quality management software and tools. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a consultative, collaborative approach. Ability to interpret and apply quality standards and regulatory requirements effectively. Why join us?
