Your new role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Psychologist to join the Chronic Disease Logan team, providing evidence-based psychological services to support consumers living with chronic illness. In this role, you will: Deliver high-quality, client-centred psychological assessment, intervention, and evaluation as part of an interprofessional team. Provide clinical advice, supervision, and training to less experienced clinicians, students, and support staff. Contribute to service improvement, research, and the development of evidence-based practices within the Chronic Disease service. Collaborate with patients, carers, and other health professionals to achieve optimal health and wellbeing outcomes. About you: You are an experienced psychologist with a passion for improving outcomes for people living with chronic disease, and you thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate: High-level clinical skills and judgement in providing psychological care in complex community health settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage consumers, carers, and colleagues. Experience in supervising, mentoring, and supporting less experienced staff and students. A proactive approach to quality improvement, innovation, and evidence-based service development.
