At this time we are seeking a trade-qualified Field Service Technician to assist with the installation and servicing of this equipment throughout Melbourne and Country Victoria. Your day-to-day focus is to provide outstanding field service to a diverse customer base. On a daily basis your duties will include but not be limited to: Installation and commissioning of new applications. Operator training on new and existing installations. Responding to calls for service and breakdown situations. Conducting remedial service and preventative maintenance on equipment, both in the workshop and on client sites. Consulting with the Sales team on new application specifications and solutions. Ad hoc duties as and when required. In order to succeed, our ideal candidate will possess most or all of the following skills and experience: Trade qualifications in a relevant mechanical or electrical discipline If you don't already have one, the ability to obtain a Restricted Electrical License is mandatory. 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role.
