Description The opportunity Downer’s Energy & Utilities business is seeking a Strategy Development Manager to join Downer on a 12-month contract and play a pivotal role in shaping long-term growth and investment decisions across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the General Manager – Strategy, this role sits at the heart of the business, partnering with senior leaders across Water, Energy Networks, Telecommunications, Power Transmission & Storage and Industrials. You will provide deep financial, commercial and market insight to support M&A activity, strategic planning and sector positioning in a complex, ASX-listed environment. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with executives, influencing decisions, and delivering strategic outcomes that directly shape the future of the business.
