Job Description As an experienced eDiscovery specialist, you will join one of the largest forensic teams in Asia-Pacific to solve litigation, regulatory, investigative, and other data challenges faced by KordaMentha’s clients. You’ll work side by side with some of the most experienced eDiscovery, Digital Forensics and broader Forensic professionals in the market, and receive coaching and mentoring to further develop your skills and knowledge through on the job and formal training. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership Manage the delivery of eDiscovery processes, including data processing, review workflow implementation, and document production. Proactively lead small to medium sized engagements with appropriate support and oversight. Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines. Stakeholder Management Identifying and communicating appropriate solutions to client problems, including identifying risks and presenting opportunities for additional value. Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day engagement matters. Team Development Mentor and coach Associates and Analysts, providing feedback and supporting career growth. Active involvement in the sharing of ideas and exchange of knowledge. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Business Development Maintain and develop a professional network with existing and new clients. Identify opportunities for Forensic Technology or other service lines to delivery additional client value. Quality & Risk Oversight Ensure compliance with professional standard and internal risk management processes. Manage delegation of responsibilities to team members where appropriate, including appropriate quality assurance.
