Job Description Data Product Ownership Define and lead the roadmap for Lendi’s curated data product portfolio. Own the design, evolution, and lifecycle of key silver/gold layer assets including customer, broker, property, and performance domains. Ensure semantic and transformation logic reflects accurate, governed business definitions. Technical Enablement & Platform Oversight Oversee the build and optimisation of dbt Cloud pipelines that transform raw data into reusable, production-grade datasets. Guide the development and management of certified PowerBI semantic models within the Microsoft Fabric platform, including DAX metrics, RLS, and standardised hierarchies. Lead PowerBI maintenance and run operations, while setting the roadmap for scalable, governed, and AI-augmented reporting products. AI Native Roadmap & Transformation Lead the Data Supergroup’s AI Native roadmap, delivering enablers for automation, agentic data use, and intelligent decisioning. Partner with platform, analytics, data science, and governance leads to identify and deliver AI-ready datasets and use cases. Embed AI/ML readiness and GPT-enablement into curated data products and reporting suites. Data Governance & Quality Drive enterprise-wide data governance, metadata standards, and lifecycle practices. Ensure trust, quality, discoverability, and reusability across all data products. Champion shared definitions, metric consistency, and regulatory compliance. Collaboration & Data Activation Serve as the primary bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders across Product, Distribution, Growth, and Finance. Translate business needs into high-impact data product solutions. Partner with Analytics & Data Science to productionise model inputs and enrich analytical use cases.
