In this role, you'll be the backbone of our sales operation, providing standout service to both our Melbourne branch and valued external customers. Key Responsibilities: Review tender documentation, schematic diagrams, and schedules to identify suitable equipment, ensuring compliance and maximizing sales opportunities. Prepare pricing and follow up on proposals, tender submissions, and quotations. Respond to technical and general inquiries, including stock availability, pricing, and documentation reviews. Support marketing efforts by preparing presentations, distributing brochures and promotional materials, and participating in trade shows and industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding sales support. Additional Responsibilities May Include: Manage order entry, stock allocation and transfers, back-order coordination, and general customer service in collaboration with relevant departments. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and other industry events.
