Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development & Execution: Craft and implement sales and marketing strategies targeting lead generation and market expansion, aligning with company goals. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Spearhead weekly sales team meetings to review performance, strategize optimizations, and synchronize marketing with sales efforts. Key Account Management: Proactively build and maintain relationships with major clients using tailored engagement tactics for enduring partnerships. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Track market shifts, competitor moves, and consumer trends to adjust sales and marketing tactics effectively. Brand Visibility & Campaign Management: Orchestrate cross-channel brand exposure initiatives, from digital campaigns to traditional media. Event Planning & Brand Engagement: Manage the setup of trade shows, product launches, and promotions to enhance brand presence and consumer interaction. Budget Oversight & Cost Management: Monitor and guide the use of sales and marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and goal attainment. Performance Reporting & Strategic Planning: Compile sales forecasts, performance data, and market insights to guide strategic decision-making. Brand Consistency & Messaging: Ensure all communication channels reflect a cohesive brand image and consistent messaging. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree is required; exceptions for outstanding professional achievements may be accepted. Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in sales and marketing management. Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with international clients, particularly in manufacturing industry, is highly regarded. Proficient in marketing tools and digital marketing platforms. Creative with strong commercial awareness. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Driver’s license is highly regarded. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
