You’ll be the go-to person for key clients, ensuring smooth shipments, proactive updates, and first-class service. Your day will include: Managing import shipments from order to delivery Coordinating with carriers, overseas agents, and local transport providers Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Preparing quotes, proposals, and updating client records in CargoWise Problem solving, resolving issues, and supporting process improvements What You’ll Bring Experience in freight forwarding (import/export – sea & air) Proven experience using CargoWise Strong communication and relationship-building skills Accuracy, organisation, and the ability to work under pressure A proactive, energetic approach and team focus Ready to Apply?
