Job Description We are seeking a passionate and people-focused Guest Experience Executive to join our Precinct Executive Office team. This is a unique dual role, acting as both the Brand and Loyalty Ambassador for our precinct and providing high-level executive support to the Precinct General Manager. As the key point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a vital role in elevating the guest journey, especially for VIPs while also supporting loyalty, brand standards, and guest engagement across all three hotels. What You’ll Be Doing: Personally engage with VIP guests before, during, and after their stay, ensuring memorable experiences. Champion ALL (Accor Live Limitless) and Accor Plus loyalty programs, driving engagement and membership growth. Coordinate guest welcome and special occasion touchpoints and manage guest feedback through platforms like TrustYou. Collaborate across departments to embed service excellence and loyalty standards. Assist the Precinct General Manager with guest communications, VIP engagement, and special projects. Support executive reporting and data analysis to identify opportunities for guest experience improvement. Lead and support brand committee activities and cross-hotel guest initiatives.
