Managing a team of 30 and reporting to the VP Finance, you will oversee end-to-end finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Your Impact As Head of Shared Services, you will: Lead & Inspire – empower and develop a 30-strong team, building a high-performance culture. Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, and technology enablement. Oversee compliance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks. Partner with global and regional finance teams to deliver a consistent service model. Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks to ensure accountability and quality. Act as the escalation point for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related discipline (CPA/CA/CIMA desirable). 10 years’ finance leadership experience, with 5 in shared services/global business services. Proven experience leading large teams and driving transformation. Strong expertise in finance operations, compliance, and internal controls. Hands-on ERP/automation knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Workday, RPA, AI). Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills. Why BGIS?
