The Role
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the efficient operation of the restaurant, using strong people skills and a hands-on approach to lead the team. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations with Purpose and Action to consistently exceed guest expectations
Be flexible to customer demands and have the ability to adapt effortlessly to last-minute changes or requests
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and embody an ownership mindset with a genuine desire to drive and implement new revenue initiatives.
Assist the Venue Manager by providing direction, support, and motivation to the restaurant Team
Assist with On the Job Training for Team Members
Maintain open, respectful communication with Team Members, ensuring regular briefings take place and all relevant information is shared
Take responsibility for guest feedback and complaints, ensuring all issues are handled with empathy and professionalism
Ensure accurate operation of the Point of Sale System
Check accuracy of ordered meals and drinks on collection from kitchen and drink service areas
Create enriching experiences for our guests by ensuring they are welcomed and served in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
Maintain and assist with inventory control & stock takes
Practise, monitor, and demonstrate awareness of WH&S policies and procedures to ensure compliance
