Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer-facing hospitality role Confident using Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera Cloud is highly regarded A strong guest-focused mindset with great attention to detail Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Additional Information Why work for Accor?
