The Role Are you a hospitality leader with a passion for exceptional service and fine wine? This new Fine Dining Restaurant is on the lookout for a Manager & Sommelier to take our guest experience to the next level. You will have been working in the industry and have the relative experience in a Fine Dining, award winning venues and be able to assist the owners in the following: Managing FOH financial costs and daily banking and reports Overseeing opening and closing procedures with the support of your team Leading the front-of-house team, creating seamless, memorable dining experiences Drive operational excellence while mentoring and developing your team Managing enquiries, events, and special occasions Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will bring the following: Relevant qualifications in Hospitality / RMLV / RSA Proven experience running modern Fine Dining Restaurants Strong product knowledge Proficiency with POS, rostering, and reservation systems Dynamic, energetic, and hands-on leadership style Benefits and Culture Join a company that is renowned for excellence in hospitality.
