Area Manager - Regional Retail Leadership We’re working with one of Australia’s most recognised retailers to appoint an experienced Area Manager to oversee a group of high-performing stores across Regional Victoria. This is a key operational role with a strong focus on leadership, team development, and commercial delivery. You’ll be responsible for leading store teams to consistently deliver exceptional in-store experiences, while driving performance across people, process, and profitability. This role suits someone who enjoys balancing big-picture planning with hands-on execution – someone who thrives on autonomy, ownership, and fast-paced environments. Your Impact Lead and support Store Managers to deliver on business priorities and elevate team performance Analyse store results and apply practical solutions to drive improvements across your region Play an active role in talent development, team culture, and succession planning Ensure consistency in operational standards, customer service, and team engagement Collaborate across the business to implement new initiatives and lead with purpose About You You bring solid multi-site leadership experience within retail, FMCG, or a similarly fast-moving industry You’re confident managing KPIs, budgets, and performance targets – and know how to coach others to success You have a hands-on style, are quick to build trust, and bring clarity to your teams You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working across a mobile portfolio A background in structured or high-volume environments will be an advantage Bachelor’s or master’s degree (any discipline) and relevant experience in a similar role This role offers strong support from an established head office team, clear progression pathways, and the opportunity to join a business that puts people first while continuing to grow across the country.
