The role As a Category Assistant – Commercial Fuel and Mobility, you will join our Commercial tribe where you will have the opportunity to gain experience learning about the fuel and mobility industry. The Commercial tribe create, curate and deliver market leading product experiences to our customers. This role will be supporting key areas across the Commercial Fuel and Mobility squad. As the first point of contact, you’ll build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders while supporting the delivery of key business objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong data and analytical skills who also thrives on collaboration and customer engagement. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in data management, reporting, and financial tracking, making a real impact while developing your career in a fast-paced retail environment. Your day to day will include: Supporting the day-to-day operational activity across all the Commercial Fuel and Mobility programs Supporting the sales team to drive the efficiency of the end-to-end sales process Monitoring the daily performance metrics for the key operational activity Assist with the preparation of performance reporting Interpretation of key data and insights Support and drive initiatives that improve performance and the B2B customer experience What’s in your toolkit? Customer experience focus — acts as a first point of contact, building strong relationships and delivering excellent service Strong numerical and data aptitude Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Working knowledge of MS Excel is essential Prior experience with Power BI is advantageous but not essential Prior experience within a retail, professional, or supplier environment is desirable Prior experience with SAP is advantageous but not essential Tertiary qualification would be desirable At 7-Eleven our people are at the heart of everything we do.
