About The Role HP4 Senior Health Practitioner: Medication Safety Standard Coordinator This role will support the development of processes that enable clinicians to safely prescribe, dispense and administer appropriate medicines and monitor medicine use across West Moreton Health (WMH) and ensure consumers are informed about medicines and understand their individual medicine needs and risk in accordance with the actions outlined in the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standard 4 – Medication Safety NG7 Clinical Nurse Consultant: Medication Safety Standard Coordinator The Medication Safety Standard Coordinator is a Clinical Nurse Consultant who is accountable for practice at a high-level level. This role will support the development of processes that enable clinicians to safely prescribe, dispense and administer appropriate medicines and monitor medicine use across West Moreton Health (WMH) and ensure consumers are informed about medicines and understand their individual medicine needs and risk in accordance with the actions outlined in the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standard 4 – Medication Safety.
