About the Role We’re seeking a highly capable Finance & Accounting professional with at least 5 years’ experience in corporate finance, FP&A, and statutory reporting to join our client during a critical transition phase. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your skills will keep the business running smoothly while delivering real value. Key Responsibilities Manage month-end close , financial reporting , and compliance with IFRS/AASB standards. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making. Build and maintain financial models and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, TM1, or advanced Excel). Partner with business leaders to provide strategic financial insights. Oversee regulatory compliance, risk management , and internal controls. Contribute to digital transformation and automation projects in finance. Support ESG / sustainability reporting where required. What We’re Looking For 5 years in a Finance & Accounting role within corporate or commercial environments. CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent). Strong FP&A, financial modelling, and BI tool expertise. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, D365, or similar). Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to adapt quickly and deliver results in fast-changing environments. Exposure to ESG reporting or automation tools is a plus. Amenable to work in Sydney, Australia on a hybrid setup
