Working in a close-nit team, this role will play an integral part in supporting and ensuring the day-to-day finance operation runs effectively. Reporting into the Finance Director, you will have the opportunity to influence decision making, work independently and develop your skills. This job is ideal for anyone who is immediately available and seeking part-time positions. Key responsibilities: Supporting month-end closing activities, including proposing accruals, processing journals and adjustments, and general understanding of the P&L and Balance SheetVendor creation and managing vendor enquiriesWorking with the wider production or client teams to obtain client Purchase Orders as requiredCoordinate intercompany recharges and transactions with other officesResponsible for the preparation of end-of-month bank reconciliations The ideal candidate will have: Immediately availableExperience working with NetSuitePrior experience working within Marcomms, Professional or Legal Services is desirable Good communication and interpersonal skills2-5 years finance & accounting experience
