Whether it’s managing poolside fun or ensuring everything runs smoothly, we’re looking for a Casual Pool Coordinator who loves working with people and has a knack for organisation. What You’ll Be Doing: Dive into Leadership – Supervise and coordinate daily pool operations, including staffing, scheduling, and maintenance. Safety and Compliance – Keeping our swimmers safe & enforcing the rules Inspections - Inspect and ensure that the lifesaving equipment, the facility, and amenities are ready for daily use and are safe for purpose; Customer Service - Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
