About The Opportunity This is a pivotal role for a strategic and commercial marketer who wants to take ownership of a significant brand and product portfolio. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead a Brand Manager and Product Manager and be responsible for shaping portfolio strategy, driving NPD, and ensuring profitability across both consumer and trade channels. The role sits at the crossroads of brand, product, and customer requiring someone equally comfortable with storytelling, data, and commercial decision-making. Responsibilities Define brand positioning, portfolio architecture, and long-term growth strategy Lead innovation and renovation pipelines through the stage-gate process Partner with sales and trade teams to bring plans to life across retail and channel activation Manage P&L drivers including pricing, margin and mix optimisation Mentor and support a small team, building capability and pace Influence a broad stakeholder set across marketing, sales, R&D, and operations Background & Experience We\'re looking for an experienced marketer with deep experience across FMCG, consumer goods, or product categories. The successful candidate will bring: 5 years’ experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or related B2B/consumer sectors Strong track record in NPD, category management, and portfolio growth Commercial acumen and the ability to link strategy with financial outcomes Confidence in stakeholder management and cross-functional influence Experience leading and coaching others with a collaborative, low-ego style The ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery This is a high-impact opportunity to lead within a business that combines the scale of an industry leader with a culture of innovation and care.
