Overview Talent Acquisition Business Partner role at Serco. This is a full-time position within the Health Hub talent acquisition team. You will deliver a full end-to-end talent advisory service across the Australian Defence Force Health Services Contract (AHSC), proactively attracting, sourcing, and maintaining a quality pipeline of talent to meet dynamic business needs. This is a highly visible and strategic role, where you’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape recruitment and workforce planning, making a meaningful impact on people\' careers and lives.
