About The Role We are seeking a commercially astute and hands-on Head of Operations – Victoria to take ownership of the state’s P&L, scale a hundred million dollar business, and manage a sizeable team across sales, customer experience, logistics, workshop, finance, and business management. Based in Melbourne’s western HQ, this high-impact role will oversee end-to-end operations and play a critical part in the company’s growth trajectory as it prepares for listing. What will you be doing? Own the P&L: Drive revenue growth, optimise costs, and expand margins for Victoria’s $100M operation. Lead the team: Mentor and inspire a near 100-person team, supported by six direct managers. Data-driven execution: Track and manage KPIs to diagnose issues and implement improvements quickly. Expand facilities: Lead planning and execution for new Melbourne locations, with scope to shape national expansion. Strategic partnership: Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and Founder’s team, influencing growth strategy and the execution roadmap. What is in your toolkit? Proven track record of P&L ownership Hands-on leadership style: pragmatic, decisive, and able to balance strategy with day-to-day execution. Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse KPIs and translate insights into action.
