About Us We are a vibrant and growing Dance Studio with over 750 children enrolled in our programs that range from Pre-School to Adults. We’re looking for a Customer Care Superstar to join our team – someone who is highly organised, people-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Conversion - Manage incoming customer leads from first enquiry through to trial booking and enrolment. - Proactively follow up with families to maximise trial-to-enrolment conversions. - Nurture leads through our CRM (Enrollio) to ensure timely and consistent communication. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in Enrollio. Customer Growth & Retention - Identify opportunities to grow class placements, workshops, and holiday programs. - Support retention initiatives to keep students engaged and families happy. Social Media - Keep our Instagram stories current and post multiple times a day - Create Reels and Tik Tok videos for our social media - Identify what has not been posted in a while and ensure we have fair posts across all student age groups and classes - Creative ideas to being in for marketing ideas. Events - Ability to organize engaging & successful events - Ability to communicate event details to clients with follow up posts on band and email - Availability to attend all events and assist in execution of the event Reception & Front-of-House Duties - Be the welcoming face of our studio – greeting students and parents warmly. - Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person enquiries with professionalism and care. - Assist with class check-ins, scheduling, and general reception tasks. Parent Communication - Respond to parent questions promptly and helpfully, ensuring they feel supported. - Provide accurate information about classes, timetables, events, and policies. - Escalate issues to the Studio Principal when necessary. About You - You’re a natural communicator who loves building relationships. - Highly organised with strong attention to detail. - Confident using technology and comfortable learning new systems (experience with Enrollio or other CRMs is a plus). - Proactive and sales-minded – you’re excited by hitting conversion goals and growing enrolments. - Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities at once. - Previous experience in customer service, sales, or reception roles (experience in a studio, school, or children’s activities environment is highly regarded).
