About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Support Receptionist to join our team in Shepparton . This role is ideal for someone with experience in administration and data entry, who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting others. Key Responsibilities Be the face of Partners in Training: manage and respond to student enquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email and in person Reception & coordination: welcome visitors, answer calls and support trainers with scheduling, room bookings, preparing training materials and updating class calendars Student administration: prepare and process enrolment paperwork, training plans, attendance records and certificates Data management: maintain accurate student data in our Student Management System (VETtrak) and ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements Records & compliance: keep electronic and paper records organised to meet audit and reporting standards General office support: manage mail, filing, ordering supplies and learning materials Stakeholder liaison: work with government bodies, partner organisations and the Training Coordinator to keep everything running smoothly Continuous improvement: identify and suggest ways to streamline processes and enhance the student experience Must Haves Experience in a similar role providing customer service and client support Strong administrative and data entry skills (experience with VETtrak or similar SMS is an advantage but not essential) Intermediate level Microsoft Word and Excel skills Experience managing social media content (desirable) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, work independently and demonstrate initiative Problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Knowledge of vocational education or RTO environments (desirable but not essential) Benefits Permanent role with a flexible start date Family-friendly hours Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–3:00 pm Join a supportive, close-knit team passionate about education Contribute to meaningful training outcomes and make a real impact on student success across regional communities How to Apply Click Apply Now and upload your CV and cover letter outlining your qualifications, experience and why you’d like to work with Partners in Training Australia.
