What you’ll be doing Research potential demand and market characteristics for residential and commercial properties in the Castle Hill and local surrounding areas, and collect & analyze relevant data (e.g., buyer preferences, rental yield trends). Drive iHome Property’s business expansion by developing and rolling out targeted marketing plans, strategies, and initiatives that align with the Australian property market. Analyze industry trends and competitor activities. Formulate differentiated marketing plans based on the property market cycle (such as auction seasons and policy changes) to drive property sales and rental conversions. Run the company’s social media on Aussie - popular apps like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Make engaging property content (e.g., market info, great property features, client success stories) to reach the right people and get more followers. Launch digital ads on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other relevant platforms. Check how ads perform, tweak strategies, cut down on customer - getting costs, and bring in better - quality leads. Analyze marketing campaign data (including conversion rates, customer sources, and ROI) and submit insight reports regularly to optimize resource allocation and strategy adjustment. Give input on pricing for the company’s property services (sales, leasing) using local market data and competitor info. What we’re looking for 1. Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred in Marketing, or related fields). 2. At least 3 years of marketing experience. Candidates with experience working in globally renowned brands will be given priority. 3.Proficient in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), digital advertising (Google/Facebook Ads), and data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel). 4.Possess sharp market insight and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies tailored to the property industry to drive business growth. 5.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.
