They are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join their team in Castle Hill in NSW. The Role: The position for hire is a Marketing Specialist and will be for a full time basis set at $80,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation depending on experience and will be based in Castle Hill in NSW. The Responsibilities: Analysing data from different channels to develop marketing strategies, plans and ideas for marketing campaigns. Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing policies, objectives, and programs to support the growth and expansion of company key products and services. Conduct thorough market research to gauge potential demand for new products or services, collecting and analysing data to enhance product development and marketing strategies Provide the team with pricing insights and recommendations for procurement. Coordinate activities such as artwork and copywriting ensuring all advertising materials are prepared within the allocated budget and deadline. Oversee social media presence to drive brand awareness. Monitor SEO performance, adjusting keywords and content to enhance website visibility on search engines and platforms. Analyse data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure. Analyse consumer behaviour data to identify patterns and preferences, leveraging this information to refine advertising approaches and enhance the appeal of goods or services to target markets Assist in developing pricing strategies that not only appeal to the target market but also align with the company's overall sales and profitability goals. Develop and implement strategic distribution channel plans to maximize product accessibility, ensuring alignment with target market needs while optimizing for operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Analyse marketing performance metrics and leverage insights to optimise advertising campaigns and maximise ROI. Develop and implement strategic sales promotion and advertising initiatives by identifying and leveraging the most impactful channels and techniques to maximize brand visibility and drive meaningful consumer engagement. Conducting SWOT analysis before and after the launch of a new product/service for its success. Setting the budget and medium of promotion for new/existing products and services Study successful industry cases and strategies, apply best practices to boost performance and enhance sales. Researching about industry related events, news, publications, and announcements to identify new business ideas and market promotions for the organisation Advising management on all possible potential marketing opportunities by screening market strategies, product mix, pricing and by evaluating advertising/sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels. Be readily available to advise and meet with supplies and partners as required. Working closely with director in setting up marketing targets and budgeting. The Requirements: Bachelor degree in marketing or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the marketing field Minimum of 1 years of experience in ecommerce marketing At least 1 years of experience social and digital marketing Minimum of 1 years of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads At least 1 years of SEO experience in content optimization Familiarity with social media management. Expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Excellent communication and customer service skills Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
