Urgent requirement of Logistics Analyst - Contract - Sydney Requirements Key Responsibilities: IDOC Error Message Management (Warehouse) Monitor and resolve IDOC error messages daily to ensure eƯicient warehouse operations, collaborating with relevant teams to address issues as they arise. Invoice Validation (Warehouse) Conduct thorough monthly validations of warehouse invoices for accuracy and compliance with company standards, addressing discrepancies with 3pl. Invoice Validations for Transport Providers Perform weekly validations of invoices from six transport providers, ensuring all records are accurate. Invoice Processing (Transport) Manage the weekly processing of transport invoices, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the financial system while maintaining organized records. POD Uploads (Transport) Oversee the weekly upload of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents to support accurate record-keeping and operational integrity. Administrative Support for Write-OƯs/Donations Prepare and submit monthly approval requests for write-oƯs and donations, maintaining thorough records for reporting and auditing purposes. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in logistics, transport, or warehouse management. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in invoice processing, validation, and basic accounting principles. Familiarity with IDOC error message management and SAP knowledge is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks eƯectively in a dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft OƯice Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with financial software or ERP systems.
