About the Role The Sports Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Sport and wider school community by coordinating the day-to-day operations of sports programs across the CREST precinct. This position involves event planning, administration, and communication with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders. You will: Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Sport. Plan, organise, and manage school sporting events, competitions, and carnivals. Maintain the sporting calendar, records of student/team achievements, and contribute to newsletters and school communications. Oversee uniforms, equipment, and first aid resources for sporting activities. Assist with budgets and reporting for CREST Sports. Support the coordination of special sports events and functions, occasionally outside of school hours. About You You are a committed Christian with a desire to serve in a Christ-centred learning community. You bring excellent organisational skills, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key skills and attributes include: Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience with school databases (e.g., Synergetic, Timetabler, Accelerus, SOBS) is desirable.
