The LLE team brings together diverse perspectives, including consumer, family carer, and AOD lived experience, to shape inclusive, recovery-oriented care. Your role, your impact As the Educator, you’ll be a senior member of the LLE team, applying your lived experience lens to education, supervision, and strategic initiatives. You’ll help grow and strengthen the LLE workforce, championing the value of lived experience across the organisation. Key responsibilities Create and deliver LLE-specific education and training for staff across Each. Lead and mentor LLE staff through discipline-specific supervision. Build and nurture stakeholder relationships across internal and external networks. Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Advocate for the expansion and integrity of Family Carer and AOD LLE roles. Who we’re looking for Lived experience as a family carer and/or personal experience of substance use and recovery . Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Family Carer or AOD perspective role within the MHAOD sector. Strong facilitation, communication, and professional writing skills. Experience in training development , supervision , and stakeholder engagement . Intentional Peer Support Trainer certificate and a driver’s licence (mandatory). Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or Training & Assessment (desirable).
