Covering all aspects of Resources & Energy legal matters across local and international jurisdictions, the role offers exposure to work such as: industry specific M&A, including asset acquisition, divestment and commercialisation;major project development work;renewable energy development and commercialisation projects;energy transition specific advisory and transactional matters;industry leading native title and Aboriginal cultural heritage matters;pro bono legal services for various not-for-profits, charities, community legal centres and First Nations communities.
