The firm is investing in its people and culture strategy and has created a newly established opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join their Sydney office on a permanent basis. Your new roleThis position offers the opportunity to shape and deliver core people and culture initiatives across the firm. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to lead employee relations, performance management, policy development, and HR systems optimisation. You’ll also manage and mentor a junior Talent Acquisition team member, supporting recruitment activity across legal and corporate services.
