As a key member of the Organisational Capability & Performance team, the Program Coordinator’s primary purpose is to coordinate and support the successful delivery of both BAU programs and key initiatives of Rest’s People Strategy. The Organisational Capability & Performance team design and deliver enterprise-wide initiatives that promote growth, development, and transformation within our organisation. This role is critical in working with and supporting stakeholders in the successful implementation of these programs. The role also plays a pivotal role in uplifting and improving key BAU processes and systems that enable the remit of the Organisational Capability & Performance team. Providing support for multiple projects at one time across the Organisational Capability & Performance team. Coordinate the implementation of learning and development (L&D) programs to improve employee skills and knowledge. Support regular assessments and feedback to measure the effectiveness of both organisational development (OD) and L&D development programs. Ongoing maintenance and tracking of Organisational Development (OD) and L&D initiative project plans. Maintenance of learning records (e.g. participant lists, schedules, attendance records) using Excel and learning management software. Coordinate monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for enterprise initiatives and compliance requirements. End to end coordination and administration of OD & L&D events, including liaising and onboarding vendors, participant scheduling, senior stakeholder diary management, drafting communications, facility booking and set-up (on site and online), catering, materials etc.
