The Junior Customer Service Representative will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and seamless transportation and supply chain solutions for our valued clients. You will be the friendly voice and helpful hand that keeps our clients informed, supported, and satisfied. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely communication is conducted. Reporting directly to the National Customer Service Manager, this newly created role will require the successful applicant to be able to support our customers who are Dandenong South based. What you will be doing Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat Provide accurate information about shipments, services, and delivery timelines Assist with booking and tracking freight movements Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary. Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met Follow up on service delays or disruptions with proactive communication Support administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation All other duties as required What's in it for you?
