What You'll Be Doing As part of our production team, your day-to-day will include: Picking and packing components to meet customer orders Adhering to quality control procedures and safety protocols to maintain high standards Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines Maintaining a clean and organised work area to support smooth operations Identifying and reporting any issues or areas for improvement Working regular hours Monday to Friday (7:00 AM - 3:06 PM) You'll be fully trained and supported from day one — we invest in our people and want to see you succeed. What We're Looking For You must have: Commitment to workplace health and safety Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Clear and effective communication in English Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment Good interpersonal skills Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 15kg Full working rights in Australia It's a bonus if you also have: Previous experience as a machine operator A current driver's licence A high school certificate About us Ultrapak is a family-owned and operated business, specialising in contract packing services and the manufacturing of thermoformed packaging.
