This is a contract role starting ASAP. As a Technical Business Analyst specialising in integration, you will play a critical role bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will conduct in-depth technical analysis, collaborate with stakeholders, and produce comprehensive technical designs. Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms is required. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse detailed technical requirements. Perform technical analysis of business processes and integration needs. Design end-to-end technical solutions and integration architectures, with a focus on API-led connectivity. Create technical documentation including use cases, workflow diagrams, data mappings, and interface specifications. Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment of designs with business objectives. Support the testing, deployment, and maintenance of integration solutions. Act as a subject matter expert for integration platforms, particularly MuleSoft. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations through technical insights. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within integration projects. Strong understanding of integration concepts, middleware, and API management. Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform highly preferred. Ability to create clear and detailed technical designs and documentation. Familiarity with system architecture, web services (REST/SOAP), and data transformation techniques. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile methodologies
