We’re seeking a Technology Delivery Lead (TDL) to play a pivotal role in enabling, implementing, and delivering critical IT infrastructure projects across a large-scale, complex enterprise environment. This role is central to ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with enterprise standards, while working closely with project teams, infrastructure specialists, and vendor partners. What You’ll Do Execute Strategy & Customer Delivery: Lead deployment and implementation of IT infrastructure and network technical services with minimal disruption. Plan deployments, manage approvals, coordinate execution runbooks, and ensure compliance with change management processes.Coordinate & Deliver: Manage internal IT supply teams, technical specialists, and vendor partners to deliver successful outcomesProvide Technical Leadership: Support project managers in defining system requirements, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables, while ensuring effective risk mitigation and reporting.Drive Operational Excellence: Recommend improvements, ensure alignment with enterprise policies, and act as a change driver to enhance value, efficiency, and productivity.Ensure Financial Accountability: Track costs, contribute to budget development, and manage resources effectively to meet financial targets. What We’re Looking For Experience: 10 years in IT, ideally within service management or infrastructure operations.Complex Delivery Background: Proven capability in delivering infrastructure projects within large, complex IT environments.Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organisation.Coordination & Detail: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes under pressure.Knowledge: Solid understanding of service management frameworks, pipeline planning, and ITIL (certification highly regarded). What You’ll Bring Ability to adapt to changing ways of working and form strong stakeholder partnerships.Confidence in advising on risks/issues in forums such as CAB, project meetings, and enterprise-level discussions.Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills to drive the right outcomes.A collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence and inspire teams to achieve successful delivery.
