Job No: 503174 Work Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Melbourne Categories: Information Technology, Marketing Your Impact: As a Digital Experience Designer in our Digital Products – Consumer Experience team, you’ll bring our brand strategies to life through engaging, user-centred design. This hybrid role combines UX and UI to deliver compelling digital experiences across web, e-commerce, social and interactive touchpoints. You’ll shape how our brands show up digitally, create scalable assets that drive growth and collaborate across creative, data and tech teams to deliver measurable outcomes. Your Responsibilities: Lead visual design for web, e-commerce, eDM, social and interactive assets from concept to high-fidelity prototype Deliver responsive, pixel-perfect screens and maintain our design system in Figma Conduct light user research and testing, translating insights into pragmatic design solutions Create wireframes, flows and prototypes to communicate interaction and information architecture Partner with product, developers and brand teams to iterate designs based on analytics and feedback Ensure accessibility and inclusive design are embedded into all outputs About You: 5 years’ experience in digital product, visual or UI design, ideally with agency or brand exposure Proven track record delivering end-to-end web and e-commerce interfaces with strong UX foundations Advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping) and Adobe Creative Suite Skilled in high-fidelity prototyping, motion and micro-interactions, with a solid grasp of user research and information architecture Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments, with strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills Detail-oriented, pragmatic and able to balance competing priorities under tight timeframes.
