About the role: Contribute to the operations of the full venue and provide support to the Management team to effectively operate the venue. Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests, in house and external Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures for all aspects of the venue Execution of excellent guest experience, product and presentation standards Ensure legal and compliant requirements of the bar operations are adhered too.
