Your responsibilities will include: Planning, monitoring, and completing work packs. Managing the preparation and delivery of all safety documentation. Ensuring the adherence of management systems and plans, including quality, environmental, and safety standards. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The day-to-day management of allocated plant and equipment. Managing subcontractors and resolving on-site coordination issues. Your Skills & Experience: To be the successful candidate for this job, you will need: A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar scaffold role within the construction industry. A High-Risk Work License - Advanced Scaffolding. A Nationally Accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card). Excellent working knowledge of workplace health and safety. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. The ability to work independently, prioritize demands, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and email.
