Your Team This role is part of the Production Management Team for Edge (the new flagship platform for CFS), a high-impact team with accountability for embedding the new technology platform powering the next generation Wrap Market Offer. The Production Management Team IT infrastructure, Operations and Wrap Technology division within CFS, working closely across the whole of CFS to bring together the capabilities needed to deliver change that matters to our customers and to our people. Your Responsibilities Investigate and triage defects reported on the Edge platform. Follow the incident management process for P1 and P2 incidents and drive them to closures. Engage with relevant teams to assess impact and interim workarounds. Provide clear and concise communication for defect resolution timelines, solution etc. Undertake continuous improvement activities within the team to ensure services are delivered more efficiently and provide support to stakeholders through appropriate Incident management activities. Collaborate closely with different teams to ensure smooth and effective communication with stakeholders, both internal and external. Coordinate and collaborate with vendors to address incidents, service disruptions, and change implementation effectively. Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with established SLAs and contractual agreements. Be accountable for ensuring partners deliver upon agreed commitments where required. Mentor and train junior production support analysts. Your Capability and Experience Solid experience in technology related roles, production/application support, incident management and/or financial services expertise. Strong knowledge of SQL. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Wealth Management or Financial Services industry Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technology features across multiple platforms. Strong analytical abilities, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Be passionate, curious and have a continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in financial platforms. Sound knowledge in agile delivery and mindset, including demonstrated experience playing the Iteration Manager (or equivalent) role.
