Inlogik are looking for an experienced Senior IT Operations role to ensure that our IT infrastructure is continuously running securely and efficiently with less impact as possible. This position will be based out from our Hawthorn, VIC office in a hybrid working model (minimum 2 days in the office). Key Responsibilities Proactively suggest improvements to both the hardware and software and participate in effecting improvements, particularly migration. Maintain the application environment for all Inlogik Group businesses. Assist in maintaining all Sydney office servers and workstations Assist in maintaining the collocated and managed hosting environments Assist other Inlogik offices in Operations tasks such as workstation and server setup and maintenance Assist in maintaining network devices for all Inlogik Group business Following our procedures and work instructions to ensure our ongoing compliance as a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider and as certified to ISO 27001:2013 , SOC 2 and IRAP. About you: Proven experience and u n dersta nding of the hardware and software requirements for a distributed office network Good knowledge of SaaS and cloud computing, such as Azure, Office 365 . Understand the hardware and software requirements for collocated and managed hosting environments for products of the Inlogik group . Good documentation skills . Excellent analytical, communication, and prioritisation skills. Nice to Have Experience working with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and related frameworks. Awareness of web security principles and common vulnerabilities (e.g. OWASP). Understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1.
