Your Team This role is part of the Strategic Platform Development team for EDGE (the new flagship platform for CFS), a high-impact team with accountability for embedding the new technology platform powering the next generation Wrap Market Offer. The Principal Business Analyst reports to Director, Strategic Platform Development. You are responsible for supporting key business applications, diagnosing and resolving issues, engaging with stakeholders, and implementing improvements that align with organisational goals. This position will have 5-10 direct reports. Your Responsibilities Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions Support the creation of business cases by clearly articulating the scope and requirements. Lead interactions with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns and the environment that they operate in using appropriate tools / techniques Design high-level solutions that align with business strategy, leveraging both technology and process enhancements Support testing activities such as defect analysis, provide support to change management & training and/or implementation teams to ensure the delivery of the overall business and technology solutions meet desired business outcomes. Your Capability and Experience Proven expertise in technology roles and financial services, bringing a wealth of knowledge and innovation to the table. Extensive experience in the Wealth Management, working with WRAP Platforms A track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge technology features across multiple platforms. Exceptional analytical abilities, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills that drive efficiency and excellence. A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve with the latest technologies and trends in financial platforms.
