About the Role We are currently recruiting Process Workers to join the production team across Day and Afternoon Shifts . These roles are hands-on and fast-paced, involving manual handling and a variety of production line duties. You may be assigned to general manufacturing tasks, sewing, machine operation, or mattress assembly — depending on your experience and suitability. Shifts Available Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm (Monday to Friday) Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Monday - Thursday) 12:00pm - 6:00pm (Friday) Key Responsibilities Manual handling of materials and product assembly Machine operation (including sewing, pressing, rolling, stapling, or bagging) Reading and following job instructions and quality standards Working as part of a large team and rotating between tasks as needed Maintaining clean, safe, and organised work areas Following all WHS and company procedures What We're Looking For Minimum 12 months' experience in a manufacturing or process environment Physically fit - able to lift and manoeuvre products (e.g., mattresses) Comfortable with repetitive tasks and following work instructions Available for shift work (either day or afternoon) Strong awareness of safety and quality standards A team player with a reliable and motivated attitude Forklift licence (LF) and previous sewing or machine operation experience are a bonus What's on Offer A solid hourly rate penalties and shift loading Vibrant and supportive team environment Opportunity to work with a leading national brand On-the-job training and multi-skilling across departments Potential for longer-term opportunities for the right candidates Click "Apply Now" below and upload your resume and cover letter .
