The hours are full time (40 hours per week) 5.30am - 2.30pm Monday to Thursday and an early finish on Friday 12.30pm. Your Background We are seeking a collaborative people manager who is passionate about technology and continuous improvement. The business is specialised and it is unlikely you will have industry experience, however, experience with HACCP dangerous goods would be highly regarded. You will also need to be tech savvy! Ideally you will possess the following skills, attributes and experience; Manufacturing experience Strong people management skills Process, quality and compliance focus Procurement and supply experience Collaborative approach - work as part of a wider team to achieve outcomes Continuous improvement approach An interest in learning new technology Strong attention to detail If you have been seeking positions such as Production Manager, Plant Manager, Operations or Site Leader, this position will align. Involved in the mixing of powder and liquid raw materials for an end product, even Bakery production would be related even though the materials are totally different!
